Vergent performs startup and commissioning services of the microturbine equipment and controls programming and integration. Our team of specialists also provide after-market service and maintenance through our field service team, for both long-term contracts and on a time-and-materials basis. 

We inventory spare parts throughout our territory to support our customers as they need service. For customers seeking peace of mind, our team offers access to the Capstone Factory Protection Plan (FPP). This is a long-term, fixed priced Parts and Labor service contract offered for up to twenty years, giving customers complete control over operating costs of their microturbine plant.

The Capstone FPP is end-user flexible, so we can customize a plan for your Capstone equipment and provide complementary products and services to meet your unique operating needs. Capstone will work with you to determine the best strategies to maximize productivity and minimize maintenance costs for your system.

The FPP is typically a fixed-cost plan, meaning customers pay a set amount for maintenance over the term of the plan. This makes maintenance costs predictable and helps to avoid unexpected expenses.
All-Inclusive Coverage
The Capstone FPP typically covers all required maintenance, including routine service and replacement of parts that wear out over time. This can include everything from filters to engine rebuilds of the microturbine.
