The old Schmidt brewery had been a St. Paul landmark for over a hundred years by the time it was converted to loft live-work spaces for local artists in 2014.  Vergent supplied a small CHP system that operates quietly in the building’s basement, never disturbing the creative residents but supplying them with low cost energy behind the scenes.
